Belgaum IT BT Park Plots available for Sale

KSSIDC is a Government of Karnataka undertaking engaged in establishing Industrial Estates in Karnataka and also supplying various raw materials to SSI units. KSSIDC is in possession of 35 Acres 19 guntas land at Desur on Belgaum - Panaji Road (about 500 Mtrs. off NH). Corporation intends to set up IT/BT Park on this land and a proposal to form an SEZ for IT/ITES is also in progress.

KSSIDC invites application from the entrepreneurs of IT/BT Companies/firms to set up IT/BT and related activities. Interested IT/BT Companies/firms entrepreneurs may contact the Office of the Deputy Chief Manager(IEs) / Asst. Executive Engineer(Civil) Industrial Estate, Udyambagh, Belgaum. Details of the plots proposed for development are as detailed below:

We must thank Regional commissioner and District Commissioner, they have seen to that they would keep their promise and full filled our demands...They had assured us during our last agitation that they would ask industries secretary and advisors of Governor to speed up the process for setting up the IT/ITES park.
this is a good development and it only says that we are heading in the right directions, We only need to gear up and act faster as in terms of fostering other companies to invest here and also attracting other investors.. please do tell other bloggers how KRV, Belgaum works..

The mission is still not done dear
The 100 acres park near Wlghwade with SEZ status is still at large, your refforts are commendable but the destiney is yet to regain the moments , what is needed is a proper infrastrucutre to approach this park from Airport and station besides a better connectivity to NH 4, Belgaum is the only city equidistant to Megapolis such as Bangalore Pune Mumbai and Hydrabad
the locatinal niche is still to be utilized to its best

I am also interested in knowing the respose for sale.
I appreciate if you can share info if available with you i would like to know how many companies bid for the plot and how many was allocated. any news on which all companies have bid for the IT Park. Did you bid for any plot and were you successful.
